Rebecca Rowley

Rebecca joined LRG in 2020, beginning her journey as a Move Manager before progressing to Senior Move Manager within a couple of years. In this role, she was responsible for processing tenancies, ensuring compliance, and supporting branches in adhering to LRG procedures.

In April 2024, Rebecca moved into the Corporate team to assist with move management and operations. She found the operational side of the business particularly rewarding, which led her to take on the responsibility of managing let-only clients. In April 2025, Rebecca was promoted to Build to Rent Leasing Team Leader.

Rebecca brings with her a wealth of experience in tenancy processing and compliance, combined with a strong understanding of operational demands. Her attention to detail, ability to support cross-functional teams, and commitment to delivering high standards make her a valuable asset within the BTR team.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys long walks with her dog and relaxing on sunny beach holidays.
