Tim has 30 years’ experience in the Land and New Homes sector and has worked for some of the industry’s best-known companies – such as The Berkeley Group, Laing Homes and Crest Nicholson. Tim oversees the whole of the group’s Land and New Homes business, currently a team of over 40 professionals working in the department on a daily basis. Our Land & New Homes team act for numerous national and local developers advising them on all aspects of New Homes development.
